If you would like to book a telemedicine appointment, please write “telemedicine” in the notes block when you book and I will be in touch with a link to access my secure virtual appointment room.

The next thing to do is register to receive the online modules from my courses site.

Why is it not an upfront charge?

You may have noticed many online health or coaching programs charge a single upfront fee and then deliver care or coaching over an agreed period of time.

This program is not billed this way.

When you join the Tranquil Minds Program at the Strategic Support Level you become a naturopathic patient of Dr. Katie Thomson Aitken ND and receive Naturopathic Medical Care from her.

The fee is divided into three categories:

1. Program Fee - this is for the educational content provided and is paid up front

2. Appointment Fees - these are charged as per my appointment fee schedule and paid after each appointment. You will receive individual receipts. If you have private health insurance you may with to submit them for any coverage you have for naturopathic medicine.

3. Testing and Product Fees - these fees are charged when tests are ordered at your initial visit. Products recommended may be purchased at the clinic for additional fees or from any health care provider. Insurance coverage for naturopathic testing varies by insurance provider.
